Job summary

Seeking an experienced System Signal Integrity and Power Integrity Engineer Lead to solve complex high‑impact integrity challenges in AI compute systems, focusing on high‑speed interfaces, power delivery, interconnects, and advanced packaging with deep technical analysis and hands-on problem solving.

Responsibilities

The Lead Systems SI/PI Engineer will solve complex integrity challenges for high-speed AI compute platforms, including chip-to-chip and chip-to-board interfaces. They will perform advanced pre-layout and post-layout analysis while leading root-cause investigations for performance and stability issues.

Qualifications

EM/CEM simulation tools flex circuits high-speed design fundamentals high-speed interfaces microwave engineering PCB design power delivery network analysis Power Integrity Signal Integrity transmission line theory

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and possess over 15 years of expertise in system-level signal and power integrity. Proficiency in electromagnetic simulation tools and deep knowledge of high-speed design fundamentals are required.
