Job summary

Support individuals in their homes by providing personal care, assistance with daily activities, medication support, and emotional companionship. Follow care plans and report on client wellbeing, working closely with teams and families.

Responsibilities

You will provide high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes, including personal care, medication support, and mobility assistance. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records, monitor client wellbeing, and provide emotional support to help clients live independently.

Qualifications

No previous experience is required as full training is provided, but you must possess a kind, compassionate nature and a willingness to learn. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this community-based role.
