Job summary

Responsibilities

The Technical Program Manager will lead the planning and execution of foundational enterprise capabilities across product surfaces to ensure security, compliance, and scalability. They will act as a central point of contact for product, engineering, and GTM teams to align on roadmaps and resolve blockers for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

Cross-Functional Collaboration Customer Engagement Data Governance Program Management Regulated Industry Standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP) Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Security & Privacy Security and Compliance Technical Program Delivery

Candidates must have 8+ years of technical program management experience, specifically in building cross-functional programs within ambiguous environments. A strong understanding of enterprise security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and FedRAMP is required.
