Job summary

The Field Sales Engineer builds and maintains customer relationships, promotes analytical instrumentation, and achieves sales targets in various industries.

Responsibilities

Sell and support analytical instruments while developing new business, growing assigned accounts, and meeting sales targets. Serve as the primary customer contact, provide technical guidance, coordinate with internal specialists, and manage quotes, negotiations, and sales closures.

Qualifications

Analytical Instruments Chromatography Customer Engagement GC HPLC LCMS Mass Spectrometry Sales Spectroscopy Technical Support

A bachelor's degree in a life science discipline is required, with chemistry strongly preferred, along with at least three years of successful sales experience with relevant analytical instruments. Candidates need strong instrumentation knowledge, sales strategy and CRM experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel overnight up to 50%.
