Job summary

Utilities Maintenance Shift Engineer ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of utility systems and equipment at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, supporting maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement in a regulated GMP environment.

Responsibilities

The Utilities Maintenance Shift Engineer is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of utility systems and associated plant equipment. They will perform planned preventative maintenance, respond to equipment breakdowns, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

Boilers Chilled Water Cooling Towers Fault Diagnosis Freeze Dryers HVAC Preventive Maintenance Purified Water Refrigeration Vacuum Systems

Candidates must have a recognised apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in a mechanical or electrical field with proven maintenance experience. Strong fault-finding skills and experience with HVAC, boilers, and other utility systems in a regulated environment are essential.
