Responsibilities

The Product Manager will lead the delivery of fitness products across personal training, gym floor, and group exercise functions to drive member engagement and commercial performance. They are responsible for recruiting and developing high-performing fitness teams while maintaining industry-leading standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess a REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA equivalent certification. The role requires a strong background in fitness management and the ability to lead teams in a premium club environment.
