Job summary

Assist customers in a retail environment by providing friendly service, handling sales transactions, restocking, and maintaining store standards, including product merchandising and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly customer assistance, product guidance, and efficient checkout while promoting rewards and credit card programs. Support store operations through truck unloading, stocking, inventory and merchandise recovery, omnichannel fulfillment, custom framing, and adherence to safety and company standards.

Qualifications

Cash Handling Communication Customer Service Merchandising Point of Sale (POS) Safety Procedures Stocking Store Maintenance Teamwork Voice of Customer (VOC)

Retail or customer service experience is preferred, and applicants must be at least 16 years old. The role requires standing for extended periods, moving around the store, bending, lifting and carrying boxes, reaching, stretching, and accessing high shelves; nights, weekends, and early mornings may be scheduled.
