Job summary

Provide community-based healthcare, medication management, and crisis intervention for adults with complex needs in group homes. Support staff training, ensure legal compliance, and respond to emergencies as part of a dedicated nursing team.

Responsibilities

Oversee medical care and medications for adults in community-based group homes, including training staff in safe medication practices and responding to emergencies or crises. Maintain compliance with medical and medication regulations, complete required documentation, and support staff with health and safety procedures.

An active Massachusetts LPN license, a driver's license, and a reliable car are required; an active Massachusetts RN license is preferred. Experience supporting mental health needs, clear communication, basic computer skills, and teamwork are also sought.
