Job summary

The Verizon Wireless Zone Sales Associate sells wireless plans and products, provides customer service, and troubleshoots customer issues. The role requires building customer relations, maintaining current product knowledge, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

You will build business and expand the store's reputation by providing helpful service to retain loyal customers. Additionally, you will sell wireless plans, troubleshoot product issues, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Verizon products and policies.
