Job summary

The role involves managing and scaling the Emergency Response Team, developing SOPs and Emergency Action Plans, coordinating with public safety agencies, and optimizing workflows during crises at Waymo's autonomous vehicle operations. The candidate will oversee operational control, integrate emergency protocols with Business Continuity Plans, and lead incident management efforts.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end operational control, training, and growth of the Emergency Response Team and global on-call programs. Develop Emergency Action Plans and coordinate with public safety agencies to mitigate risks from natural disasters and geopolitical events.

Qualifications
