Job summary

The RN assesses patient needs, develops, implements, and evaluates care plans, collaborates with healthcare team, and ensures quality, culturally-sensitive nursing care based on the principles of holistic, patient-centered model and professional standards.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating holistic patient care in partnership with families and the healthcare team. They must also document care accurately, mentor peers, and participate in unit-based performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a current Ohio nursing license and BLS certification, with ACLS required within six months for specific units. A BSN degree is required within five years of hire for those without one.
