Responsibilities

They are responsible for troubleshooting hardware faults, managing operational ticket queues, and coordinating with engineering teams and third-party technicians.

Qualifications

Asset Management Automation Data Center Operations Hardware Troubleshooting Linux/Unix Network Troubleshooting Out-of-band Management Physical Infrastructure Deployment Scripting Structured Cabling

Candidates must have 5 or more years of experience in production data center environments and possess a deep technical understanding of server platforms and network hardware. U.S. citizenship is required, along with proficiency in Linux/Unix command-line interfaces and out-of-band management tools.
