Job summary

Telemedicine Registered Nurse providing virtual care including assessments, patient education, care coordination, and clinical guidance via telehealth platforms. Requires active RN license, 5+ years clinical experience, telemedicine expertise, and ability to work remotely in a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will conduct virtual telehealth visits, assess patient concerns, and provide clinical guidance and education. They will also document interactions in EMR systems and coordinate care with other members of the interdisciplinary clinical team.
