Job summary

Regional enablement leader responsible for developing and executing field engineering enablement strategies across the Americas for Databricks. The role involves translating global programs into regionally relevant assets, supporting product launches, building AI-powered enablement tools, and managing stakeholder relationships to ensure the field team can effectively position, demo, and defend Databricks solutions.

Responsibilities

You will own the end-to-end field engineering enablement strategy for your business unit, ensuring teams are technically prepared to position and defend Databricks products. You will act as a bridge between global programs and regional needs, using AI-powered tools to scale technical knowledge and drive field readiness.

Qualifications

AI platforms cloud data infrastructure Data Engineering data platforms Data Warehousing distributed systems hands-on knowledge pre-sales solutions architecture technical enablement

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or technical enablement with deep knowledge of data and AI platforms. A builder mentality and proven ability to execute enablement programs at scale are essential for this role.
