Responsibilities

The Contract Support Manager provides operational, commercial, and administrative support for a PFI schools portfolio to ensure effective delivery of Hard and Soft FM services. Key tasks include managing CAFM systems, monitoring contract compliance and KPIs, financial reporting, and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders.

Qualifications

Building Services CAF system (Maximo, Concept, Planet FM) Contract Compliance Facilities Management Financial Administration Financial Reporting Performance Management Property Services Service Delivery Stakeholder Engagement

Candidates should have experience in Facilities Management, specifically with PFI contracts and Hard/Soft FM service delivery. Proficiency in CAFM systems, strong financial administration skills, and a full UK driving licence are required.
