Job summary

A healthcare role for licensed practical nurses providing direct patient care in a long-term care facility, including assessments, medication administration, supervision of care staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

Assess residents, contribute to individualized care plans, and provide or oversee skilled nursing interventions, medications, and treatments. Coordinate unit care, communicate with residents, families, physicians, and staff, supervise assigned personnel, and maintain regulatory and infection-prevention compliance.

Requires a valid Iowa LPN license in good standing (or the ability to activate one), current CPR certification, and knowledge of long-term care regulations.
