Job summary

Seeking a Staff Application Security Engineer to lead and own the application security strategy, design secure software development practices, and embed security in CI/CD pipelines and AI/ML workflows. The ideal candidate will have extensive security experience, especially in cloud, container, and DevSecOps environments, and will support company security and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

You will own the application security strategy and drive the DevSecOps roadmap by embedding security into the software development lifecycle. Additionally, you will design secure infrastructure, lead security integration in CI/CD pipelines, and provide technical leadership for AI/ML security workflows.

Qualifications

Application security CI/CD pipelines Cloud security DevSecOps Infrastructure as Code Kubernetes Python Security architecture Security tooling Threat modeling

Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in Security Engineering, DevSecOps, or SRE roles with deep expertise in Kubernetes and cloud security. Strong proficiency in automation, scripting, and securing CI/CD pipelines is required, along with excellent communication skills to drive security initiatives across teams.
