Job summary

A Delivery Manager leads stock processing, organizes stockrooms, and motivates teams to meet performance targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the team to process stock efficiently, maintain an organised stockroom, and meet performance targets while ensuring safe and effective operations. Work hands-on alongside the team, support store operations, improve stockroom processes, and ensure products are available to customers promptly.

Candidates should be passionate about customers, people, and products, and able to lead, communicate, and motivate a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
