Job summary

Experienced Mechanical Engineer responsible for maintaining environmental and critical building systems, including HVAC, water systems, and generators, with tasks involving PPM, reactive, and breakdown maintenance, supervision of subcontractors, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for maintaining critical building systems and mechanical plant through planned and reactive maintenance. They will also supervise sub-contractors and ensure all site activities comply with safety procedures and contractual KPIs.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a formal mechanical engineering qualification such as City and Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 2. A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role is required, along with proficiency in HVAC and water systems.
