Job summary

Oversee a team delivering deployment, upgrades, and strategic security projects for Palo Alto Networks Cortex suite, focusing on customer satisfaction, project management, and technical delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of technical consultants and subcontractors delivering cybersecurity deployments, upgrades, and strategic engagements across the Cortex product suite, while managing quality, schedules, utilization, revenue, and customer satisfaction. Support business growth through pre-sales scoping and SOW development, manage customer escalations and partners, and contribute to service offerings, project planning, and team enablement.

Qualifications

Cloud Platforms Customer Relations Cybersecurity Leadership Project Management Security Operations

Requires at least two years managing teams of 10 or more technical resources, five years delivering or supporting enterprise cybersecurity solutions, and three years leading government engagements with knowledge of public-sector procurement and compliance. Candidates should have expertise across SOC operations, incident response, cloud and DevOps security, and related technologies; a relevant undergraduate or master's degree is preferred, and travel up to 20% is required.
