Job summary

The Digital Support Apprentice will rotate through various departments, assisting with customer queries, vehicle orders, and data management using digital platforms. The role involves supporting vehicle lifecycle processes, preparing reports, and issuing communication to clients, providing comprehensive learning about fleet management.

Responsibilities

The apprentice will act as the first point of contact for customer queries and support the processing of vehicle orders and maintenance requests. They will also assist the operations team with data entry in CRM systems and the completion of scheduled business reports.
