Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Associate Structural Engineer to lead and deliver complex structural projects in the defense and infrastructure sectors, including seismic critical structures, with responsibilities encompassing technical leadership, project delivery, client engagement, and team development.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical delivery of complex structural engineering projects, specifically within the defence, aviation, and education sectors. Manage commercial aspects, resources, and client relationships while mentoring junior staff and performing quality control reviews.
