An Infusion Nurse II provides intermediate patient care in home or alternate settings, manages treatment plans, educates patients, collaborates with healthcare teams, and ensures compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

The Infusion Nurse II coordinates and provides direct patient care, including administering medications and implementing nursing plans in home or alternate infusion settings. They also provide mentorship to other nursing staff and ensure clinical documentation complies with agency and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold an active and unrestricted RN license and possess 3-5 years of infusion nursing experience. A current CPR certification and a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle for travel are also required.
