Job summary

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse Triage answers incoming patient calls to assess urgency and resolve concerns in consultation with physicians. They are responsible for maintaining patient charts, coordinating with hospice and home health agencies, and managing prescription refill requests.

Qualifications

EMR software hospital and clinic procedures medical charting nursing assessment patient communication triage and referral

Candidates must hold a Nursing Degree, a valid RN license, and current CPR/BLS certifications. Previous experience working with hematology/oncology patients in a clinical or hospital setting is required.
