Job summary

Provides patient care support including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination, and safety as directed by Charge Nurse. Documents patient information, takes vital signs, assists with repositioning, and performs procedures following departmental guidelines. Requires CNA certification, experience in long-term care or rehab, and good communication and physical ability.

Responsibilities

Provides direct patient care including hygiene, nutrition, and safety support while documenting resident information accurately. Performs clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, repositioning residents, and assisting with medical treatments as directed by the Charge Nurse.

Assisting with Activities of Daily Living Documentation Patient Care Repositioning Patients Safety Procedures Vital Signs Monitoring

Requires a Certified Nursing Assistant certification in both Missouri and Illinois with at least two years of experience in long-term care and rehab. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting and moving patients and willing to commute to various Bethesda locations.
