Job summary

Responsibilities

Delivers patient care by utilizing the nursing process to assess needs, determine priorities, and evaluate treatment outcomes. Coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team and serves as a primary point of contact for patients throughout hospital departments.

Qualifications
