Job summary

Seeking an experienced electrician for a mobile role supporting the Ministry of Justice across regional sites, performing electrical maintenance, ensuring safety and compliance, and providing technical support, with opportunities for career progression.

Responsibilities

The electrician will perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance across multiple regional sites while managing permits and ensuring compliance with safety systems. They will also provide technical guidance to site teams and assist with minor works, upgrades, and inspections.

Qualifications

CCTV Electrical Certificates Review Electrical Maintenance Electrical Systems Management Fire Alarms Minor Works & Inspections Permit Management Regulated Environments Safety Procedures Technical Advice

Candidates must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, 18th Edition, and City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent. A full UK driving licence and experience in commercial or industrial environments are required, along with the ability to pass prison security clearance.
