Job summary

Join a hospital-based nursing team, providing specialized, multidisciplinary patient care and fostering a collaborative environment focused on quality, ethical practices, and holistic care for diverse patients.

Responsibilities

The staff RN will organize and deliver patient care using the nursing process while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve quality and patient outcomes. They are responsible for advocating for ethical, holistic care and fostering a supportive learning environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP acute care advocacy BLS certification collaboration multidisciplinary approach nursing patient care specialty certification teamwork

Candidates must hold a current Washington State Registered Nurse license and a BLS certification. A Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, along with at least one year of experience in an acute care setting.
