Job summary

The Partnerships Manager develops and maintains relationships with accounting firms and professional advisors to generate new business, manage client onboarding and funding, and coordinate regional events to promote bank products. The role involves relationship-building, B2B sales, client onboarding, and regional travel to meet with partners and conduct events.

Responsibilities

Develop and nurture partnerships with accounting firms to generate SME client referrals through a consultative B2B approach. Manage the end-to-end client experience from introduction to onboarding and funding for Business Rewards Accounts.

Requires a proven track record in B2B sales and account management with a strong understanding of SMEs and professional advisors. Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable managing a CRM-based portfolio.
