Job summary

Provide clinical mental health support via after-hours phone support, assessing risks, offering crisis intervention, and facilitating connection to appropriate care services while utilizing clinical skills in a flexible, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide in-the-moment clinical support, crisis intervention, and psychoeducation to members via a phone queue. Coordinate care plans and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a seamless member experience.

Qualifications

Active Listening Clinical Support Crisis Assessment Crisis Support Mental Health Motivational Interviewing Problem-solving Psycho Education Referral Coordination Safety Planning

Requires an independent mental health license such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LICSW. Candidates must have at least 2 years of direct clinical care experience and expertise in crisis assessment.
