Job summary

The Project Engineer will serve as the primary technical liaison for renewable energy projects, overseeing engineering deliverables, coordinating project phases, and ensuring technical standards compliance in large-scale solar, wind, and BESS projects. The role requires electrical engineering expertise, project management skills, knowledge of energy industry standards, and experience with power system modeling software.

Responsibilities

The Senior Project Engineer acts as the primary technical point of contact and integrator across all project phases, ensuring engineering deliverables and design interfaces are aligned. They oversee engineering management, procurement support, and technical coordination from development through construction and commissioning.

Qualifications

Civil, Structural, Electrical Design Construction & Commissioning Electrical Codes and Standards Electrical Engineering Energy Systems Power System Modeling Project Management Renewable Energy Safety

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) and possess a PE License with an NCEES record. A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in large-scale solar, wind, and BESS projects is required.
