Responsibilities

The Deputy Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations, focusing on achieving KPIs and maintaining high standards of shop floor presentation. They are responsible for managing, motivating, and developing the store team while ensuring excellent customer service and adequate stock levels.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment and hold a full driving licence. A completed leaving certificate or equivalent is required, along with the flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
