Job summary

A CNC Programmer translates engineering designs into efficient CNC machine programs for manufacturing copper components, ensuring quality, productivity, and process optimization within a fast-paced environment. Responsible for creating and modifying CNC programs, setting up machinery, troubleshooting issues, and supporting continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

The CNC Programmer will translate engineering designs into efficient machine programs for copper components and busbar systems. They will also collaborate with production and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

CNC programming cycle times optimization engineering drawings health and safety standards machining processes problem-solving quality standards support CNC machinery technical specifications troubleshooting

Candidates must have previous experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of machining processes and technical drawings. A Level 3 NVQ in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering is considered a desirable qualification.
