The Director, Customer Excellence Product Marketing at ServiceNow is responsible for leading market narrative, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for the Customer Excellence portfolio including Impact, Expert Services, and related offerings. Qualifications

Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing or related enterprise technology roles with a proven track record in complex GTM strategy. Strong executive influence, matrix organization leadership, and a builder mentality are essential for this role.
