Job summary

The role is for a Customer Host Supervisor supporting the retail team, focusing on delivering excellent customer service, managing visual standards, supporting sales and commercial decisions, team management, operational support, and embodying brand values.

Responsibilities

Supervise the retail team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high visual and operational standards. Support the Shop Manager in commercial decision-making, staff training, and the day-to-day running of the store.
