Job summary

The Parts Specialist provides retail and installer customers with high-quality service, assists store management with tasks, maintains inventory, operates store equipment, and performs in-store vehicle services. The role requires excellent customer service skills, familiarity with automotive parts or related systems, and the ability to handle transactional processes. Bilingual candidates, especially with Spanish, are encouraged.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level service to retail and professional customers by assisting with parts selection and processing transactions. Maintain store operations through stocking, inventory counts, and performing basic in-store vehicle services.

Qualifications
