Job summary

Franciscan Health Indianapolis is seeking a Registered Nurse responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a medical-surgical unit, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring patient safety. Must hold a valid RN license, be flexible, team-oriented, and willing to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Both experienced and new graduate nurses are welcome.

Responsibilities

Registered Nurses are responsible for providing comprehensive care by assessing patients, developing care plans, and administering medications. They must actively listen to patients and families to ensure they feel seen and cared for while implementing and evaluating treatment plans.
