Job summary

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides clinical care to residents, including medication administration, care planning, assessment, and documentation, while supervising care staff in a senior living community. Responsibilities also include advocating for residents' needs and participating in clinical meetings.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical care to residents by assessing conditions, administering medications, and updating care plans. Supervise care associates and collaborate with RNs and providers to ensure resident well-being.

Qualifications

Assessment & Observation Care Planning Communication Skills Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Medications Administration Pharmacology Resident Care Team Supervision

Must be a graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program. Preference is given to candidates with at least one year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care.
