Job summary

A Fitness & Wellbeing Manager at a gym oversees fitness programs, manages the fitness team, plans class schedules, and drives sales and performance. Qualified at REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level, with studio experience, you will help improve site standards and motivate the team to meet sales and KPI targets.

Responsibilities

The Fitness and Wellbeing Manager is responsible for leading the fitness team, managing site performance, and overseeing the delivery of fitness services and class timetables. They will also drive commercial success by meeting sales targets and developing effective fitness programs for members.

Qualifications
