Job summary

The Staff Nurse II- Triage at Eskenazi Health performs nursing services in outreach clinics, providing health education, patient counseling, and responding to health needs. Responsibilities

Provide nursing care in outreach clinics, assess patients’ health needs, and deliver health education and counseling. Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to implement care plans, administer prescribed medications and treatments, coordinate referrals, and maintain timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications

Requires at least 12 months of clinical experience in behavioral health and at least 12 months of clinical nursing experience as a registered nurse.
