Job summary

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) direct resident care, collaborate with healthcare teams, and provide physical and psychological support to residents, families, and team members in senior living facilities. They require an Ohio LPN license, CPR certification, and preferably some experience in long-term care.

Responsibilities

The LPN directs resident care and collaborates with physicians and multi-disciplinary team members to provide physical and psychological support. They are responsible for delivering person-centered care that respects the autonomy and dignity of all residents.
