Job summary

The Outpatient Therapist provides person-centered behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults, including therapy, assessments, crisis intervention, treatment plans, and coordination with community resources, working independently and in team settings.

Responsibilities

The therapist will provide individual, group, and family counseling while conducting behavioral health assessments and developing treatment plans. They will also collaborate with community partners and maintain accurate clinical documentation for client care.

Qualifications
