Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, including delegation and communication with the healthcare team, documentation, and discharge planning.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while coordinating and delegating care to other members of the healthcare team. Communicate patient status and care plans, document assessments and outcomes, interpret clinical data, assess risks, and participate in multidisciplinary discharge planning.

Qualifications

Assessment Clinical Data Interpretation Communication Discharge Planning Documentation Patient Care Physical Assessment

A BSN or BS/BA degree in Nursing and a current Pennsylvania RN license are required. Current BCLS certification is required by the end of orientation, and ACLS is required by then when applicable; prior clinical experience and professional certifications are preferred.
