Job summary

The company is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment Assistant to support compliance with ISO standards and HSE regulations, conduct audits, promote safety culture, deliver training, and report on HSE performance in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

The HSE Assistant will manage the QEHS management system, ensure compliance with ISO standards, and lead internal audits and safety training. They are responsible for coordinating risk assessments, reporting performance to senior management, and promoting a safe working culture across the site.

Qualifications

HSE ISO 13485 ISO 14001 ISO 14001:2015 ISO 45001 ISO 45001:2018 ISO 9001 ISO 9001:2015 NEBOSH OSSH Managing Safely

Candidates must hold IOSH Managing Safely and NEBOSH General certifications with demonstrable experience in a manufacturing environment. A full UK driving license is required, while additional environmental or diploma-level certifications are considered advantageous.
