Job summary

The Partner Sales & Pre-sales Enablement Lead at Databricks is responsible for designing and delivering technical enablement programs for partners, focusing on pre-sales proficiency in Data & AI technologies, to drive partner ecosystem growth and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver technical enablement programs to build presales proficiency across ISV and C&SI partner ecosystems. Drive partner-sourced pipeline growth by translating technical features into business-value messaging and managing the end-to-end learning roadmap.

Qualifications

Communication Skills Content Management Customer Engagement Data & AI Technologies Learning Management System (LMS) Presales Program Management Project Management Solution Engineering Technical Delivery

Requires 10+ years of experience in technical or GTM enablement within B2B SaaS, with a strong background in presales or solutions engineering. Deep expertise in Data & AI technologies and experience managing large-scale technical competency models are essential.
