Job summary

An AI Solution Architect designs and oversees the implementation of AI technical solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and business units to ensure best practices in AI adoption, development tooling, and strategic architecture, while also engaging in hands-on delivery, proof of concepts, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions across client-facing products and internal operations, from proof of concept through production and ongoing support. Establish standards for agentic workflows, AI development practices, governance, data architecture, and reusable components while collaborating with stakeholders and mentoring developers.

Qualifications

Requires 10+ years of development experience, 5+ years working hands-on with Azure, and 3+ years using frontier AI tools and models. Candidates should have practical experience with architecture patterns, orchestration, RAG, CI/CD and LLMOps/MLOps, integrations, messaging, Python, data platforms, and stakeholder-led delivery.
