Job summary

The AVP, Enterprise Delivery & Transformation at SentinelOne leads cross-functional delivery, enterprise AI governance, and transformation programs to align strategic and operational goals, ensuring seamless execution without traditional PMO bureaucracy. Key responsibilities include managing strategic roadmaps, defining delivery frameworks, and maintaining executive communication.

Responsibilities

The AVP will act as a strategic connector across delivery functions, managing integrated roadmaps and cross-functional dependencies. They will also lead the enterprise AI governance program and facilitate executive communication between the CTO and the CEO.

Agile Planning Delivery Frameworks Executive Communication Portfolio Management Strategic Leadership Technology Governance Transformation Programs

Candidates must have extensive strategic leadership experience acting as a proxy for C-level executives and a proven track record in managing complex delivery frameworks. Exceptional executive communication skills and experience in technology governance, specifically regarding AI, are required.
