Responsibilities

The LPN/RN is responsible for delivering, coordinating, and evaluating resident care in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards. This includes hands-on clinical tasks such as medication administration, assessments, and providing direct support to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of residents.

Qualifications
