Job summary

Assist in managing retail store operations, sales, customer service, and team leadership to ensure store performance meets company standards in the automotive parts industry.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in daily operations, sales, inventory, staffing, and performance while actively serving retail and wholesale customers. Lead and coach team members across store functions, monitor operational and financial metrics, and uphold customer service, safety, asset protection, and store standards.

Qualifications

Automotive Industry Knowledge Communication Customer Service Inventory Management Leadership P&L Management Safety Procedures Sales Team Building Troubleshooting

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with leadership experience and automotive aftermarket knowledge or a willingness to learn. The role also calls for strong customer service, comfort in a fast-paced retail environment, familiarity with cataloging or inventory systems, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds; technical or trade education and ASE certifications are advantageous.
