Responsibilities

The Service Technician assists drivers with emergency roadside assistance and coordinates suitable repair locations for fleet vehicles. They are responsible for reviewing and authorizing repairs, ensuring maintenance schedules are followed, and maintaining accurate documentation of all service events.

Qualifications
